Terms, Conditions and Cancelation Policy
Pegasus Transport Service Inc. is not liable in the event of a mechanical breakdown during a charter or rental. Pegasus Transport Service Inc. is not responsible for flights and or trains that are missed, canceled, diverted, delayed or any other incident which results in failure to comply with our cancelation policy. Pegasus Transport Service Inc. will not be responsible for delays or the termination of a charter or rental in winter weather caused by unsafe road conditions.
Our client assumes full financial responsibility for any damage to our vehicle caused during the duration of the charter by them or a member of their party. Pegasus Transport Service Inc. will not be held responsible for any articles left in our vehicles.
Alcohol consumption and any drug use is prohibited in all vehicles. A cleaning and sanitation fee of a minimum of $250.00 applies in the case of vomiting. For excessive clean up the cost of a full Detail would apply. Any fines received because of our client will be the responsibility of and paid for by our client.
The Chauffeur has the right to terminate the ride without a refund if there is a blatant indiscretion on the part of our client. Fighting and unruly behavior is strictly forbidden and will result in and immediate termination of the ride. While any of our vehicles are in transit all passengers must remain seated on the bottom portion of the seats with a seat belt fastened properly. Standing on the seats is strictly prohibited. Vehicles cannot be loaded passed the manufactures posted capacity.
A full trip charge will apply to any client that fails to contact our office in the event they are unable to locate their chauffeur. Additional charges may be incurred for any additional stops, waiting time, parking etc. over and above what is outlined in a client’s confirmation.
A 20% Holiday fee will be applied for Christmas and New Year’s.
A service fee equal to the trip cost will be charged for any cancelation of a sedan and or SUV reservation made less than 3 hours prior to a scheduled pick-up time for a local ride and 5 hours for and out of town ride.
Vans cancelation is 12 hours prior, and Buses or Motorcoaches are 14 days.
