PEGASUS can transport thousands of passengers at the same time utilizing our fleet of Vans, Minibuses, Mini Coaches and full-size Coach Buses. Currently we provide employee shuttle services for daily fixed route coverage throughout the NYC metro area. Our professional Shuttle Service provides complete logistics management, including route updating, flight tracking and constant communication with dispatch should any changes arise.
We have a proprietary shuttle smartphone application that allows the rider to make, change and even cancel reservations right through the app. When waiting for a shuttle the rider can also track the vehicle and obtain an ETA to the pickup location. In the event of any emergency or such as a traffic jam our dispatch staff can send out a message blast to everyone at a stop, on a route or the entire shuttle, informing riders of a problem and giving instructions.
We can also provide our clients with monthly ridership reports for the whole shuttle all the way down to an individual stop. The use of this application allows vehicle upgrades and downgrades based on the number of shuttle riders that have booked along a route.
This process is done prior to the driver leaving our facility, which allows us to provide a more cost-effective service for our clients. This application can be modified to accommodate special requests for Hotels, Corporations, Wedding planners and Sporting events. For larger events we can provide onsite dispatchers and coordinators.
