  • An encrypted Cloud based IT network that promotes business continuity.
  • Client, Driver & Shuttle smart phone applications to make, change or cancel reservations using any Apple or Android device. These apps can also give you an ETA and exact location of your vehicle. Customized reports are available for all clients. Please see the QR codes to download the applications.
  • A vehicle GPS tracking system that locates each vehicle every 30 seconds. This system is used for locating every asset for training, monitoring, accountability, safety and on time arrival. 
  • Our dispatching software uses a secondary GPS tracking system. This is used to locate chauffeurs when they leave the vehicle. This is especially useful at airports and other greeter situations.
  • Interior & Exterior vehicle camera systems that record in the event of an accident. This helps protect the corporations and passengers that use our service.
  • Online web based corporate account management, EDI and invoicing. Website Quotes and Reservation booking capabilities are designed to be used with computers and smart phones.
  • Chauffeur Smart Phones & Tablets which give Internet access at their fingertips as well as for electronic pickup signs.
  • ELD (Electronic Log Devices) used in all motor coaches as required by DOT
